Our honeycomb laminated panel is your solution for strong, lightweight signs. They have been used for decades by CalTrans on freeways, both overhead and at the side of the road. Many airports use this type of panel for their overhead roadway signs.

They are manufactured in 1" or 2.5" thick panels, depending on the requirements specified. The honeycomb is sandwiched between two sheets of aluminum and bonded together by adhesive, with an extruded aluminum frame perimeter.

We have the capabilities to manufacture single flat panels up to 24' x 5'. Multiple panels can be joined together to make very large signs.
